Mateland Mayes
Mateland Mayes is a dynamic learning leader whose career focuses on training and education. She has spent the past 25 years building and managing global learning teams, designing and executing learning programs for both government and private entities, specifically in the health insurance and technology sectors. Additionally, Mateland and her teams have developed innovative courses and curricula using a multitude of technologies and modalities targeting diverse global audiences, focusing on compliance, customer service, customer support, and sales.

Dr. Karmen Cooper
Dr. Karmen Cooper is an award-winning senior-level instructional designer (DevLearn Conference, 2015, Best Business Solution, AICPA) with over 20 years of experience designing Instructor-Led, VirtualInstructor-Led, and eLearning training solutions. She has over 7 years of experience contracting as an Instructional Design vendor and managing subcontractors for various companies and sectors. She is highly experienced in strategizing with Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts to ensure a successful lifecycle of course design and development.

Tracy Tisdale is an innovative training consultant with an impactful record of measurable results in all phases of the design and development of training projects. She has over 20 years of proven expertise in determining learning needs, skill/gap analysis, instructional design methods/processes, instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training design and development, eLearning development, stakeholder management, and team/project leadership.

Dr. Greg McKnight senior-level instructional developer with over 20 years of education experience and over 10 years developing Instructor-Led, Virtual Instructor-Led, and eLearning training solutions. He specializes in developing customized training, e-learning, and interactive media, videos, and activities to support learning. He is highly experienced in collaborating with clients and Subject Matter Experts to develop digital content and learning solutions.

Osen Bowser, Jr.
Osen Bowser possesses 20 combined years of experience in instructional design, instructional technology, professional development, and education. His specialty areas include designing, developing, and delivering quality instruction and training in classroom, blended, and online settings for organizations such as Mayo Clinic, American University, International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering, and Community College of Baltimore County. He has additional expertise in establishing training programs, including creating and applying frameworks and processes to guide training development.

She has over 20 years of education experience and specializes in both virtual and face to face training.
