Founded by Mateland R. Mayes in 2003, M Squared Tecknowledgies (M²Teck) was built on the belief that learning is the engine of transformation. What began as a boutique consultancy specializing in instructional design and training development has grown into a trusted learning and development partner for federal agencies, corporations, and nonprofits nationwide. Over the past 20+ years, M²Teck has delivered impactful learning solutions for clients such as the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General, U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Axiom Learning Solutions, and PulseLearning, earning a reputation for innovation, quality, and reliability.
